OUR WARRANTY
Gold Magic® system and accessories are warranted by Century Mining Equipment against defect in workmanship or materials under normal use for One Year after date of purchase from Century Mining Equipment or to final consumer when purchased from authorized Gold Magic® dealer. The motor has a one year warranty from the manufacturer, warranted to the final consumer by the manufacturer; copies of such warranties are supplied with the Gold Magic® or are available from Century Mining Equipment. As a service, Century Mining Equipment may also furnish sales brochures and other literature of a component part or accessory from the manufacturer. Century Mining Equipment assumes no responsibility for the content of such warranties or sales literature by performing this service. Any part which is determined by Century Mining Equipment to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to Century Mining Equipment, shipping cost prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at Century Mining Equipment's option.

However, such illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of identification, and do not express or imply a warranty that the Gold Magic® is merchantable, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the product will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions. No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above is made or authorized by Century Mining Equipment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Any liability for consequential and incidental damage is expressly disclaimed. Century Mining Equipment's liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.

PROMPT DISPOSITION: Century Mining Equipment will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment within warranty period. Before returning any product, write or call Century Mining Equipment giving date of original invoice, and describing defect.

FREIGHT POLICY: Prices are F.O.B. our dock in Columbia Falls, MT. Insurance fee will be added for full value of shipment. Title and risk of loss pass to customer on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier.
